Frequently Asked Questions
What is Carbon Fiber PLA?
Carbon Fiber PLA is a composite material that combines traditional PLA plastic with carbon fiber particles. This creates a stronger, more durable product with a unique matte black finish and enhanced heat resistance.
Why don't your dugouts have springs?
Our dugouts feature a smooth hollow channel design to hold the pipe, eliminating the need for springs. This no-spring design is more reliable, won't break, and makes cleaning much easier.
How do I care for my 3D-printed accessories?
Clean with warm soapy water and a soft brush. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners. For best results, hand wash and dry thoroughly after each use.
Can these products handle heat?
While PLA and Carbon Fiber PLA are heat-resistant, they should not be exposed to direct flame or extreme heat (above 140°F/60°C). Keep accessories away from direct heat sources.
Do you offer custom colors?
Currently, we offer Tech Blue, Abyss Red, Rose Quartz, and Random Mix. For bulk orders or custom requests, please contact us directly.
Heat Warning
PLA and Carbon Fiber PLA materials should not be exposed to direct flame or extreme heat above 140°F (60°C). Keep accessories away from heat sources and never use them as ashtrays or heat-exposed surfaces.
